Salespanel can be used to aggregate leads from different acquisition channels, qualify them and create a system where marketing qualified leads (MQLs) are automatically moved to CRM along with their data and in real-time.
The process looks like this:
Lead Captured -> Data enrichment and tracking -> Leads get qualified -> Moved to CRM and deal is created -> Real-time Data Sync
Setting up the qualifiers
Leads first visit your website from different marketing sources and are captured from forms, live chat, and email campaigns. These leads are then enriched with data and tracked in real-time. You can then set up a Segmentation system or a Lead Scoring workflow to marketing qualify leads.
You can qualify leads based on multiple individual, firmographic and activity information on Salespanel. With Segments, you can strictly qualify leads based on a set of filters and with lead scoring, you can gradually qualify based on several data points and lead milestones. If you are using lead scoring, decide at what threshold leads can be considered qualified and create a segment using “Lead Score> is equal to or greater than” filter.
Exporting to CRM
Once you have set up the lead qualification process on Salespanel, it is time to set up the integration. In this article, we will cover setting up lead export with Zapier as it universally syncs to almost all majorly used CRMs. On Zapier, select Salespanel for the trigger and choose the event “Contact qualified for a Feed”. This event syncs your leads when they qualify for your segments. On the next step choose the segment where you want to export leads from.
On the Action step, choose your CRM and decide how you want to import the leads. You may import them as contacts or automatically create deals for them. Map the data fields and complete the setup. On completion, leads will automatically be transferred to your CRM in real-time.
You can also create another Zapier workflow to update lead score on your CRM when scores change to help your sales team stay updated all the time.
