For example, for many businesses, a lead coming from a company with high employee count and having decision-making capabilities is a high-ticket lead. A lead who is reading enterprise-grade content on your website and is also looking at enterprise pricing can also be a high-ticket lead.
A high-intent lead is someone who is showing enough interest to be sales-ready. High-intent leads can be identified by analyzing activities of previously closed deals. Actions like multiple visits, taking product trials, watching webinars, etc. can be considered for this.
You can either use a set of data points or use gradual progression with lead scoring. Set a lead score for every intent-driven behavior and qualify leads when they reach a score. Set up a segment on Salespanel based on the data points or lead score. Once set up, leads get added to the segment in real-time.
Notifying sales through push notifications, Gmail, Slack, and other platforms
While setting up your segments, you will be prompted to choose notification preferences for the segments. You can select your sales team members and decide if you want to notify them via browser notification or Gmail. For Gmail, you can also customize the subject line to let them know high priority leads are waiting.
You can also set up a Zapier integration to notify your team on Slack through direct messages or channel messages. You can also use other platforms that support Zapier.
