Our process of dealing with visiting companies in Salespanel segments has traditionally been tied to a one-time notification system. This meant that once a notification was triggered for a particular visiting company, no other notifications were triggered for subsequent visits from different visitors from the same company. However, we have identified that this may not be ideal for all our customers, particularly for those dealing with large corporations with recurring visits from the same company.
To offer more flexibility and cater to these needs, we have introduced a new configuration setting called "Evaluate Every Instance of Visiting Company". This feature ensures that a notification is triggered each time a company visits, regardless of previous notifications.
Enabling 'Evaluate Every Instance of Visiting Company for notifications' Configuration:
Navigate to the 'Segment Trigger' section within your Sales Panel account.
In the 'Notify your team members' settings, look for "Send notifications for every visitor from a visiting company". This feature is disabled by default.
Toggle the switch to 'True' to enable the feature. Once enabled, the system will evaluate and trigger a notification for every new visitor from the same company.

This feature is designed to be flexible and adapt to your needs. Here's what happens when you enable it:
The system checks if a notification has been previously triggered for the visiting company.
If this particular setting is enabled, it overrides the usual process. Regardless of whether a notification has been sent before, you will receive a notification every time a new visit from the same company is detected.
For instance, if you have a regular visitor from 'Company X', every visit from 'Company X' will now trigger a notification, even if they have visited before.
