Salespanel has three primary roles for team members:
- Administrators: They have access to all visitors. They have access to configurations. They can change any Segment.
- Analysts: They have access to all information but only in a read-only mode.
- Access only: They have read-only access to visitors who are assigned to them.
For a team member to have access to Salespanel reports they don't need any separate access. If they have accepted the team invitation and completed the signup process, they can access reports.
Reports will be generated for every team member differently based on their access level. For example, if a team member has limited access to visitors then she can see data from these visitors only.
Let's say we have an auto-assign trigger enabled on a Salespanel Segment. This trigger assigns every visitor/lead from the USA to me. I have "Access Only" access to the Salespanel business account. In that case, I will only see data from USA based visitors in my reports.
