Salespanel's website SDK captures and tracks the visitors on your website in real-time. To achieve this, Salespanel requires you to add a JavaScript code to your website. This code will track visitor activities and help you sync them with your CRM.
With the help of Salespanel's plugin for WordPress, you can start capturing these leads on your website in just a couple of minutes, no coding knowledge required.

You can install the Salespanel's plugin for WordPress in two ways:
Installation automatically (from within WordPress)

Configure the plugin
You can use the settings offered on the plugin's settings page to tune lead tracking for your workflow.
Salespanel Client ID
Salespanel plugin requires your client ID To process your captured leads and their tracking information. You can find the client ID on the Install Tracking Code page on Salespanel.
Automatic Lead Capture
(default: On): When set to On, this allows you to capture visitors' email addresses on your website in two ways: a) as the email is being typed in in your web form, and b) when the web form is submitted.
We don't recommend setting this configuration to Off, as it will stop capturing leads from your website altogether.
You can learn more about this setting here.
Lead Capture on Form Submit
(default: Off): When set to On, Lead Capture on Form Submit will catch visitors' emails only when submitting the web form on your website. This requires the Automatic Lead Capture set to On.
This configuration allows disabling the automatic detection of email as it's being typed in the form fields and is particularly helpful when you want Salespanel to capture visitors' emails only after validating. As soon as the email is detected while providing the input.

Track by default
(default: On): This is one of the advanced settings offered by the website SDK. By default, Salespanel tracks all visitor activity on your website. This allows Salespanel to qualify visitors in real-time, predict lead quality, and notify you about sales opportunities. When Track by default is set to Off, the website SDK will not send any data to Salespanel until you acquire consent from the visitor to track their activity and activate tracking back again. This setting is useful for complying with various privacy laws.
