A lead is an individual visitor who has been captured from web forms, live chat, or emails.
An account is a company that has been identified on your website. Accounts are also referred to as Companies or Visiting Companies.
Anonymous Visitors are those who have not signed up or provided their emails and have not been identified as an individual. Salespanel tracks every anonymous visitor on your website for the purpose of keeping their historical activity when they are identified in the near future or to allow you to set up remarketing workflows.
