There are three types of contacts on Salespanel: Individuals (Leads), Visiting Companies (accounts), and Anonymous Visitors.
Let's have a look at what is included for these contacts.
Individuals (Leads): These are email identified contacts who were captured from your forms, live chat or emails. The details provided by Salespanel includes:
Profile Data- Contains individual profile data like name, bio, lead score, last activity, first activity, total visits, Linkedin profile, Twitter profile, location, etc.
Acquisition Data- Contain acquisition details like visit location, lead source, keyword, campaign id, etc.
Company Data- Contains details of the business they work for. Business name, website, social media profiles, employee count, industry etc.
Activity Data- Contains all activity data of leads like page visits, visit duration, form submission, email opens, etc.
Visiting Companies (Accounts): These are companies who have been identified from your website. The details provided include:
Acquisition Data- Same as individuals.
Company Data- Same as individuals
Activity Data- Same as individuals.
Prospect Data- Prospect data upon request can be fetched from Salespanel. This data includes the name and work email addresses of decision-makers from various departments in the company.
When someone from the identified company signs up, they show the Verified marker and individual data is attached to the company details.
Anonymous Visitors: Anonymous visitors are those who have not been identified yet. The details provided include:
Acquisition Data- Same as individuals/companies.
Activity Data- Same as individuals/companies.
