Salespanel Triggers are the carrier of lead information from Salespanel Segments to your target destinations.
If you haven't used Salespanel Segments yet, here is a quick brief: Salespanel helps you create powerful segments of your leads using data intelligence. You can use these segments to qualify leads, filter out accounts or run marketing automation.
While creating Segments, you will be able to segment your leads using various data attributes provided by Salespanel. The data points are divided into 4 sections.
1. Location Details: Segment based on city, region, or country.
2. Lead Information: Segment based on lead information like lead source, lead score, contact type, etc.
3. Activity: Segment based on lead activities like page visits, email opens, form submissions, etc.
4. Company details: Segment based on company details like the number of employees and industry.
Salespanel also offers segmentation based on synced CRM data.
While creating a Segment, you can set up triggers for them. These triggers can achieve a wide range of useful tasks like sending notifications to your team about leads, sending webhooks to an endpoint, activating a Zapier workflow or triggering a real-time code on your website.
Users to send notifications: You can add your team members as notification recipients for the Segment The notifications are sent as emails and browser push notifications (which can be toggled on/off). You can also customize the subject line for emails to help your team members identify the emails. Your team members have the ability to control these notifications.
Zapier workflow: You can also set up automation workflows through Zapier for the Segments. The workflow can involve anything from sending leads to CRM, Gmail, Email Automation tools, Slack or Google Sheets. You can read a detailed guide from here.
We are constantly adding new triggers on Salespanel Segments. Let us know if you have any questions.
