Let's troubleshoot through some common scenarios:
1. Please make sure that the website cache is cleared. If there is a caching mechanism enabled for your website then changes won't reflect at your end immediately. There is a simple way to confirm if this is the issue. Open your website by appending "?a={ any random number }" in the website URL.
So for example, if my website is https://example.com I would go and check https://example.com?a=34232
Caching won't work in this case and you will be able to see if it detects any data or not.
2. Have you installed the tracking code on the correct website? This is not a common cause of the error but every now and then it turns out to be the case. Please keep in mind you have to install the tracking code on every page you want to track. Most of the time it's automated, every CMS or site have a header section where the tracking code can be put. But in some scenarios, you might need assistance, for example you might have a static website or you are using an old website builder.
3. Your website media access policy might be blocking Salespanel tracking code. This is a technical one and we will recommend you to get in touch with your IT team.
You can always confirm by opening up an incognito window for your website and checking if there was a visitor created or not. If this help doesn't work, feel free to let us know, we will send needed help.
