Lead scoring workflows can be created and managed from the Lead Scoring section on Salespanel.
You can create as many lead scoring rules as you want (subject to your subscription plan). While creating rules, you will need to assign points to the rule. Points can be either negative or positive. Allot negative points for negative behavior (eg: -10 for unsubscribing to email alerts) and positive points for positive behavior (eg: +20 adding a team member).
The data points available for lead scoring are divided into 3 categories:
Contact: Includes contact data points like company size, industry, job title, gender.
Visit: Includes data points like lead source, city, region, country.
Activity: Includes behavioral data points like page opens, email opens, subject, time spent on URL, etc.
To disable a rule, uncheck the Activate option. After you disable or edit a rule, the change is reflected when the lead performs another activity or when a lead’s score changes again.
Using Feeds, you can then segment leads or export them to your CRM, generate notifications on Slack or trigger automated workflows when they cross a desired lead score.
