Here’s an overview of what you need to do to set up your Salespanel account. Some of the steps mentioned here are optional based on your use case. We will link all of the steps to detailed guides.
1. Setting up Website Tracking: To track visitors on your website, you will need to install the Salespanel tracking code on your website. The tracking code can be installed in a few minutes if you have admin access to your website. If you don’t, you will need to send the code to your development team to get them to install it.
Since our product revolves around tracking, this is the most important step to set up your Salespanel account. Without this, Salespanel will simply not work.

Salespanel works independently but most of our customers use Salespanel with other tools to get the most benefit of the product and create automation workflows. Integrations available on Salespanel can be found from Plugins & Integrations> Integrations. If you have any integration in mind that is not listed, please let us know.
Commonly used integrations are:
Integration with Live Chat software for lead capture.

Integration with team messaging platform (like Slack) for generating notifications about qualified leads.
Integration with Zapier for workflow automation,
Once you have set everything up, you are ready to go. Salespanel tracks your visitors in real-time. If you have a low volume of traffic, you might need to wait for a while to see movement on your account.
