1. Definitions & Scope
Salespanel operates on a subscription basis with the following billing cycles:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Half-yearly
- Annual
A billing cycle is defined as the period from the start date of the subscription to the end date, based on the selected plan.
This refund policy applies to all individual and business users subscribing to Salespanel services.
2. General Refund Policy
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Half-Yearly Subscriptions are non-refundable: Once a payment has been made for any of these billing cycles, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel your subscription during the billing term, you will retain access to your Salespanel account until the end of the term.
- Annual Subscription Refunds: If you cancel within the first month of an annual subscription, you will receive a refund for the remaining 11 months. After the first month, no refunds will be issued unless specified under a service agreement with Salespanel.
- Prorated Upgrades: If you upgrade to a higher-tier subscription, any unused amount from your current plan will be applied to the new plan on a prorated basis.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Credit or any codes issued by Salespanel. are non-redeemable for cash.
- Refunds will not be exchanged for cash or credit codes.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted via email or through our customer support portal.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
5. Partial Refunds & Adjustments
- If you switch to a lower-tier plan mid-term, the remaining balance will be adjusted on a prorated basis.
- Discounts, promotions, or special offers may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
- If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting Salespanel support, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
- Customers are encouraged to reach out to our support team before initiating a chargeback.
7. Termination & Account Suspension Policies
- If your account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued.
- Upon cancellation, customers retain access until the end of the billing period, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Exceptions & Custom Contracts
- Enterprise clients or businesses with custom agreements may have different refund terms outlined in their contracts.
- Any exceptions to this refund policy must be explicitly documented in writing.
9. Legal Compliance & Consumer Rights
- Salespanel adheres to applicable consumer protection laws, including GDPR for EU customers.
- This refund policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
