Integrating Salespanel with HubSpot

Salespanel integrates with HubSpot to help you track and manage your leads more effectively. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up the integration and how your sales team can benefit from it.

 

Prerequisites

 

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

  • Admin access to your HubSpot account
  • Admin access to Salespanel account with API access

 

Step-by-Step Integration Process

 

Step 1: Log in to Salespanel

 

1. Go to the Salespanel and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Integrations page from the dashboard.

 

Step 2: Connect to HubSpot

 

1. In the Integrations section, find and select HubSpot.

2. Click on the Activate HubSpot Integration button. You will be redirected to the HubSpot login page.

3. Log in to your HubSpot account. If you are already logged in, you will be prompted to choose the HubSpot account you want to connect to Salespanel.

4. After reviewing the access requested by Salespanel, click on Connect App to allow Salespanel to access your HubSpot account data.

5. Your Hubspot Integration is now active.

Step 3: Configure the Integration

  1. After granting access, you will be redirected back to Salespanel.
  2. Click on Settings button which will take you to the sync configuration page. You can select how you'd like to sync your Leads and Visiting Companies in Salespanel with Hubspot.
    • Contacts: Create and update Leads from Salespanel to HubSpot.
    • Companies: Create and update Visiting Companies to Hubspot.
    • Contact Properties: Sync Leads information like attribution data, location, etc. to Hubspot.
    • Contact and Account Activity: Sync Activities of your Leads and Visiting Companies in real-time.
  3. Select the appropriate options and click on **Save** to finalize the configuration.

Step 4: Testing the Integration

  1. After setting up the integration, it’s crucial to test it to make sure everything is working correctly.
  2. Identify a test lead on Salespanel and go to your Salespanel dashboard to verify if it's been synced to Hubspot.
  3. Verify that the lead or contact appears in your HubSpot account with all the correct details.

 

By integrating Salespanel with HubSpot, you can streamline your lead management process and your Sales team can gain deeper insights into your customer interactions.
