To verify if the tracking code is installed correctly, go to the Tracking Code section from your dashboard and click on Verify Tracking Code.
In some rare cases, the Verify Tracking Code function shows a false negative and tells you that the tracking code has not been installed when it is not the case.
To verify manually, open your website from a different browser profile or device or Incognito mode and check back on Salespanel in the Anonymous Visitors section by refreshing the page. If a new session shows up, it means that the tracking code has been installed correctly.
You can also test lead capture from forms by entering a dummy email on a form and checking if the lead has been captured on Salespanel.
